New-Wave rock band, The B-52's, gained a lot of popularity during the Punk/New Wave era. Complete with beehive hairdo resembling the nose cone of the B-52 aircraft,the band dished out songs distinguished by the unique voices of singers Cindy Wilson, Kate Pierson and, of course, Fred Schneider.
